Q: I placed an order, where is my code?
A: The code will be on a card included with your package. The card will include instructions for redeeming the code.
Q: How do I redeem the code?
A: The first step is to enter the code as shown on the card on the G2A In-Game Trading Page. Then enter your Steam Trade URL (Inventory > Trade Offers > Who can send me trade offers? > Third-Party Sites > Trade URL).
Q: What kind of skins can you win?
A: All item drops are completely random and may include any skin in any condition.
Q: Can you send me another code?
A: We cannot send another code for any reason. Only 1 code will be sent per order.
Q: Why will my code not work? Can you help?
A: The most common issue is related to a typo. Check to make sure there are no mistakes with the letters such as: "I or L", "O or 0", etc. If you are completely sure the code is correct but it is not working, make sure each of the following conditions are met:
- Steam Trade URL is valid
- Profile/Inventory set to public
- Steam Guard enabled for at least 14 days
- Mobile Authentication enabled for at least 7 days
- No trade bans on the account
- No trade holds (typically caused by changing password/email, etc.)
